Absolute Web

It was my first time creating a website, so I figured…why not create three at the same time?! Before hiring Absolute Web, I did extensive research on Shopify Experts from here in the US all the way to Australia. Absolute Web was definitely not the cheapest, but I was immediately won over by two things: 1.) the fact that they are a one-stop-shop for everything I needed – a fully functional e-commerce site with photography and video, and, 2.) my kind of project manager, whom I found in Andres. From the very beginning, I explained to all of the companies I interviewed that I am an introvert and express my views far better via e-mail than over the phone, where I often feel intimidated and pressured into making quick decisions that are not the actual decisions I would’ve made had I seen the questions in an e-mail instead. Andres was the only one who respected that from the very beginning, and we didn’t even end up speaking on the phone for the first time until about a year later when I had a potential issue. That leads me to my next point – Andres’ ability to manage people and the process was second to none. There was more than one occasion in the process where I was growing quite frustrated, so I voiced my frustration to Andres, and it was as if he pressed a reset button. My project got right back on track, and all was good. I was simply blown away by Andres’ communication and management skills. I’d also like to give a big thanks to Gabriel, Paulina, Rene, Stas, and Alicia for their excellent communication and top level skills in what they do. To sum up, creating a high-tech website is not easy, but Absolute Web has both the capabilities and the management expertise to do anything and put out an excellent product.
