Bonsai conducted our discovery phase to understand pain points. From there we created an amazing front end design and developed the platform. Once the platform was ready, we conducted extensive testing and trained their team on the new site (the keys to success!).

White House Gifts main source of revenue came from their storefront in Washington, DC. Once the COVID-19 pandemic hit, they lost that source of revenue and were looking for ways to pivot. We agreed that enhancing their website would better serve their customers.

In our most recent KPI reporting for 2021, we saw a 9.7% increase in users, 17.2% increase in sessions, 39.4% increase in page views, and 22.7% decrease in bounce rates across our global portfolio of sites. The bounce rate is significantly below the industry average for B2B sites of 75%.
