Backlinks Are Becoming Clearer
The Backlinks interface has undergone some changes. It’s now handier, clearer and more convenient. You won’t miss it!
We’ve embedded a new ‘Trust Score’ metric in addition to the ‘Page/Domain Score’ metric. A website’s ‘Trust Score’ allows you to measure its importance and reliability using a 100-point scale (from 0 to 100). This metric is based on the quality and volume of the links leading to your site.
If there’s a significant difference between your website’s 'Trust Score' and 'Page Score', there may be a high number of low-quality links contributing to its Page Score, and as a result, your site might be penalized by Google.
The ‘Trust Score’ metric can be found in the following reports: ‘Backlinks,’ ‘Referring Domains,’ and ‘Comparison’ (in the ‘By Referring Domains’ tab).
‘Comparison By Referring Domains’
We’ve added a new tab to the ‘Comparison’ report. This data reflects which domains refer to the selected sites. You can add up to 6 sites for monitoring. Looking for better link-building opportunities? This feature is exactly what you need.
This new chart lets you easily and conveniently monitor the progress of your backlink strategy and analyze your competitors’ results.
‘New Domain Backlinks’
It’s been a long time coming, and we finally did it! Here's a new Backlinks chart showing the number of new and lost backlinks for a chosen domain over a selected time period.
The ‘New Domain Backlinks’ chart allows you to compare your backlinks growth to the results of your rivals, and choose the best strategy to stay ahead of the competition.
Meet the new ‘Top Anchors’ widget in the ‘Anchors’ report. This widget highlights the most popular anchors for a selected site. The more popular the anchor, the bigger the font.
