From the get go I felt they were as committed to delivering a high quality website as I was. I was assigned specific people throughout the project and informed of each stage. They were so easy to work with and this was key as running a rescue centre is 24/7 so I wanted this project to be fully owned by someone other than me. They cared. My final experience was when I had an issue with international donations to the rescue centre. They worked on it up to 11.30pm evening and sorted it.
