I am totally, wonderfully HAPPY with Splurge! We started using Splurge around 2 years ago. Started small with just Social Media and an SEO review. They rocked it! After a few months of tracking the results and learning where we were in the SEO results, Splurge presented us with a complete view of what they realized we needed to do to reach out goals: #1 on Google for Pet Sitting and Dog Walking in our service area and #2 Google referrals leading to new clients. We decided to invest in our marketing and implement their full plan: new brand, new logo, new website and website management, Online presence monitoring and adjustments on different platforms, new monthly marketing plan for social media and blogs, continuation of Social Media posts, 2 blogs monthly, and more. After almost one year of the complete roll out of our 'new and improved' marketing brand, website, etc., we saw an increase in our Goggle leads by more than double digits. And here is where their partnership even went above and beyond..... leads were great, so we fixed that, but new clients would arrive on our website, register to become and client, and then ghost us. So our partners at Splurge went one step further to help us review our full potential new client experience to see where and hopefully uncover why new clients were not using our services. This is still an ongoing work in progress to uncover the reasons, with Spurge helping us withe client surveys, client email campaigns, etc. I really can't say enough about this company, the owner and our account reps. They truly partner with us, not only as a third party marketing team, but as a 'team member' with our company. They share in our goals and desires; live, breath and dream of reaching our goals.
